Telemetry system

On April 30, Mathjis Adinau, a Thomas More University student, presented a telemetry system tailored for the needs of TUCer team race cars. The telemetry system is based on 4G telecommunications technology. Its stand alone design uses freeware and open source software modules along with a data base. Also, Mathjis designed a user interfaces for the presentation of the telemetry, live or stored, data.

TUCer team members agreed that the proposed system is more than adequate for the live presentation and the data logging during testing and racing of the prototypes. The rest of the development and construction phases were scheduled for the immediate future. The team's intention is to use the telemetry system at Shell Eco-marathon Europe an Africa 2025 international competition.
