Filippos Tzortzoglou, an old member of TUCer team, participated at the 64th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control and he was awarded with the Outstanding Student Paper Award in Smart Cities. Filippos is a PhD candidate in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Cornell University. He was a member of TUCer team back in 2018.
